Remove no license since, no permission since, and no source since when license reviewing #334

In https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User_talk:INaturalistReviewBot#c-Yann-20240916193600-The_bot_should_removed_the_warning the suggestion was made that no license deletion tags should be removed when reviewing the license. It would probably also make sense to remove no permission and no source, as reviewing the license provides evidence of permission and requires a source.

These removals should be best-effort only and don't need to consider uncommon template redirects. Other deletion process {{delete}} and {{copyvio}} should be left for administrator review. Tags should only be removed on a successful license review.
