Minimal PHP version : PHP7.4 #33

In few days, PHP 7.4 will be not supported (https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php) and the PHP 8.0 will be the older supported PHP version.

The current minimal PHP version of the library is 5.3.

What do you think? Which version between 5.3 and 8.0?

By checking https://packagist.org/php-statistics, we see:

By supporting PHP 7.4 and more, we support 87.4% of the users, it seems enough.

The new minimal PHP version will be released in a major version (4.0.0 probably)

By supporting PHP 7.4 and more, we support 93.2% of the users, it seems enough.
