En tant qu'application cliente, je souhaite récupérer l'ensemble des mesures disponibles via une API REST sous un format compressé de manière à pouvoir réduire le temps de téléchargement.

Les exigences à tenir sont :

  • Si le type MIME indiqué dans la requête REST indique un format compressé (e.g., application/zip), alors le résultat doit être compressé dans le format requis.
