Unable to change VTN's URL, Push URL, and Push Port on runtime

The VEN's properties such as VTN's URL, Push URL, and Push Port are not able to update during the runtime (reconfigure the VEN params by accepting inputs from the UI).
I have seen the 'pollRate' can be set during the runtime, a similar approach is needed for the above mentioned node properties.
