AppRouter::group([
    'alias' =>  [
        'map_alias' => '[\w\d\.]+'
    ]
], function (){
    AppRouter::get('/map/{map_alias}', 'MapsController@view_map_fullscreen');
});

Подстановка регулярки делается на стадии маппинга роута. Если алиас не найден - кидаем исключение (какое?)
