我正在将我的评论系统从 Waline 迁移到 Artalk。

由于我的评论数据存储于 TiDB Cloud，因此 Valine 方案不再适用于我，在发现 Artransfer-CLI 支持连接 MySQL 数据库后我便尝试使用它生成 Artransfer 文件（TiDB 兼容 MySQL）。

由于 TiDB Cloud 的 Serverless 数据库强制要求使用 TLS 连接，Artransfer-CLI 无法初始化数据库，并且我也没有在文档内找到启用 TLS 连接的开关。请问如何才能使用 CLI 工具将 TiDB 上的数据导出为 Artransfer 文件？
