feature: prevent macOS TimeMachine from scanning Asahi created partitions and volumes

The installer can drop .com.apple.timemachine.donotbackup in the root of each volume it creates to prevent TimeMachine from scanning.

However, we may actually want TimeMachine backups of the APFS and ESP if they speed up recovery of a corrupted system.

Effectively spam duplicate of #300 . Are you trying to win some kind of issues opened competition? Both things can trivially be handled together.
