Add Distance to CeMESS Using Haversine Formula

As part of the listings table, I would like to add a feature that calculates the straight-line distance from each apartment to CeMESS. The distance calculation should use the Haversine formula to give a reasonably accurate measurement in kilometers of the shortest distance over the Earth's surface.
