confor tonatsr generates individual .rtf files that will not display in Open-Delta Intkey

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run CONFOR TONATSR on attached .dlt file to generate individual .rtf files
2. Note that files are generated and named correctly and located in correct 
directory
3. Run CONFOR TOINT

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Open resulting .ink file in Open-Delta Intkey.  Select Taxon information window 
and "display formatted description".  Appropriate .rtf file should display; 
instead an error message: 'could not locate file bocc_acu.prt' is displayed.

NB that if the _same_ .ink file is opened in CSIRO Delta software and CONFOR 
TOINT is run, _then_ the resulting .rtf files are correctly displayed in both 
CSIRO Intkey _and_ in Open-Delta Intkey software!
