The UI redesign of lists should be consistent with the new search and species pages

The UI redesign brings back into scope the alignment with the UX/UI project output.

1. Wrapper around the search box, like the new search page.
2. Refine results instead of "filters", like the new search page.
3. Pattern library filter buttons instead of the 3 way toggle after the search bar, like the species page.
4. Pattern library table style.
