User reported error, I have also been able to replicate this today in Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

Steps:

  1. On ala.org.au, log out if not already, refresh page
  2. Click Login button on ALA header
  3. Fill in username and password, click the box for "Remember me", then click Login

  4. this is where the 500 error occurred (Screenshot below)

If you repeat all steps, but without clicking "Remember me". -it should log in successfully

There is no issue with login on Cognito test, but the Cognito login page doesn't have a "Remember me" or similar option
