Make the build retrieve atmosphere.js from its project atomosphere-javascript #2

Currently, this project includes atmosphere.js. That means, we need to copy this file manually from its hosting project or from the nexus server.

We should consider changing the build of this project so that it can retrieve this file and include it during the build time to simplify the process.
