I have tried various ports and does not output server data to any, there are no problems with other games. I tried just the port and the Query port

Need a known working ip and port for a rust server. You are allowed to decide the ports for the query to answer on. It is usually server_port + 1 but the server maintainer can set it to whatever they want. If the person running the server decides to change the port they are listening on for queries there is nothing that can be done short of port scanning the IP for open ports assuming they have querying enabled.
