hello,

it would be cool if you add Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator servers to the supported gameQ list.

Euro Truck Simulator 2 Dedicated Server ID = 1948160
American Truck Simulator Dedicated Server ID = 2239530

standard ports:
connection_dedicated_port: 27015
query_dedicated_port: 27016

These games seem to use the Source protocol, so adding support for them should be quite easy.
