Please add Private Endpoint deployment options

Private networking options (to deploy all components with Private Endpoints) is necessary. Please add options to deploy to VNET \ Subnet with private networking.

Hi @IsaacRoitman - this is a non trivial piece of work. This is a sample repository that is meant to demonstrate the baseline implementation of RAG using AI Search. As such, I am not sure adding that is in the scope of this repository.

If you were willing to add this feature, I would gladly review.
