New-ASCVASolution.ps1 Rapid 7 Insight Agent BYOL deployment confusion

This isn’t really a bug, but I think that’s the most fitting category. Anyway, with New-ASCVASolution.ps1 to deploy a BYOL Rapid 7 solution:

TBH I don’t the wording here. What license ? extracting the .zip file downloaded from Rapid 7, the content:

None of them seem to contain a license … the closest I can think of is the client.key that apparently contains an RSA private key, however that the is the same each time I download the .zip …..

So, I’m confused, due I must download that .zip from Rapid 7 for each single subscription I want the solution to deploy ??

I inherited the current tenant at my workplace, and there was one Rapid 7 solution already deployed that way, I just did it for one of the new subscription that hadn't been onboarded yet (since they didn’t exist at the time). Why am I getting now two solutions:
