First of all I would like to thank you for building the lab and your investment, from my side I will write down what doesn't work, thank you!

when using the https://portal.azure.com/#create/Microsoft.Template/uri/https%3A%2F%2Fraw.githubusercontent.com%2FAzure%2FAzure-Security-Center%2Fmaster%2FLabs%2FFiles%2Flabdeploy.json
i was using the region East US
for the resource -
Microsoft.Web/serverfarms - This region has quota of 0 instances for your subscription. Try selecting different region or SKU.
Microsoft.Sql/servers - Location 'East US' is not accepting creation of new Windows Azure SQL Database servers at this time. (Code: RegionDoesNotAllowProvisioning)
Microsoft.ContainerService/managedClusters - Managed cluster asclab-aks is on version 1.27.9 which is not supported in this region. Please use [az aks get-versions] command to get the supported version list in this region. For more information, please check https://aka.ms/supported-version-list (Code: K8sVersionNotSupported)
