JCore - Initial AVD Pattern Add from AVD Accelerator

Overview/Summary

This is the initial copy over of the AVD Accelerator Alerts brownfield. All alerts are still contained within the deployment with plans to pull them out and into AMBA as a reference as a Host Pools section and then combine or consolidate the storage and VM based alerts. The intent is to at least re-home the AVD Alerts solution from the Accelerator and have it point to AMBA. (here)

This PR fixes/adds/changes/removes

1. Created subsection within Patterns called "Specialized" and a subordinate section for AVD.
2. Copy and updated documentation for AVD from AVD Accelerator to include images
3. Copy over code from AVD Accelerator from AVD Accelerator as noted in the deployment documentation
