Hello,

I'm using WordPress on the App Service created by Azure Market Place and whenever I reach ~54 active connections, the CPU starts to increase reaching 100% usage and the application becomes unavailable.

The App Service plan does not show consumption that justifies this sudden increase in active connections

WebApp = PremiumV3 (P2v3)

Flexible MySQL: Standard_D4ads_v5 (4 vCores, 16 GiB memory, 1000 iops)

Currently the max_connections parameter is 1365

The number of active connections ~54, which is much lower than 1365

What could be the root cause of this problem? Since it is not high consumption of the application? Any backup of the bank server? The bank logs on the dashboard don't show much.
