I cannot set server parameter "error_server_log_file" ON using either Azure portal or Azure CLI.

Azure CLI Message is as follow.

(ConfigurationReadOnly) The configuration(s) 'error_server_log_file' is(are) read-only for 0 server version 8.0.21.
Code: ConfigurationReadOnly
Message: The configuration(s) 'error_server_log_file' is(are) read-only for 0 server version 8.0.21.
