Release planner cloud flows fetches pull request details and it uses token in engagement experience KV to get the token. This is a duplicate entry and not auto rotated. We should update the cloud flows to refer the token in Eng sys KV to get GH token.

Log in as Azure sdk in powerapps and then change all the flows that connect to Github :) Check the dependencies of the GitHub connection reference

Need to happen in both the Release Planner solution and the Scheduler solution
