Things to consider

Should build always publish artifacts to Artifactory?
Where are we getting credentials for publishing to Artifactory? (integration with vault? how to discover keys/paths)
Should nrdk have it own/managed settings.xml and settings-security.xm?
Code/Jar signing: where to get code signing certificate?
