Analysis name in "DEanalyses" section must be quoted

The DEanalyses section lets the user add named sections. While it is syntactically okay to use spaces or other non-alphanumeric characters in the settings file, this will break the matching snakemake rule as the log file name contains the unquoted and unescaped analysis name. The name is merely spliced into the command, so any space character will break the redirection command.
