Light Walker Selector

Reworked Light Walker selectors for General & US to include them in "walkers".

This basically means that in sections that say "Tank, Tank Destroyer, or Walker", you can take a Light or Scout Walker in that alongside the normal "Armoured Car, Scout, or Light Walker" options. This also critically fixes an issue with Armored Platoons where you couldn't include Light Walkers in them.

Initial Release following fork merge

This is the initial release following the merge of the ingeanus/konflikt47 fork.
It covers all the following armies:
USA,
Britain,
Germany,
Soviet Union,
Japan,
Italy

Alongside some reworks for the core library.

This release is just to get an initial one out there working alongside making sure there were no issues in the merge before merging to master.
