MPXstreveal

Overview

    Monkeypox STR reveal (MPXstreveal) a new draft approach for detecting and curating low complexity regions in monkeypox genomes using massive parallel sequencing. STR search algorithm is based in the STRsearch pipeline [1]

This repo is a work in progress that woul soon be updated
