Uninstall env issues

Sometimes, while uninstalling, the conda remove command doesn't work the first time, but it works if you run it again. Maybe attempt that in the uninstall to ensure that conda cleanup is done via conda. If not, re attempt uninstall and finally if that doesn't work either, remove the app package directory manually
