If bounty detail is being shown in a modal or as a detail page, keep it updated if it is modified on the bot

Right now if you have an open bounty displaying, and someone claims it in Discord through the bot, the showing detail on the web isn't updated (e.g. the Claim It button is still there). See if there is a way to keep it current as stuff happens - maybe SWR?

At a minimum, if the user clicks "Claim It", given them feedback right away that the bounty has already been claimed (instead of the mysterious Something Went Wrong they get now).
