When changing the interaction there is no warning that rules will be deleted

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Create an exploration, select an interaction and create some rules. Then change 
the interaction to something else.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The previous rules are deleted (and irrecoverable) without warning. If instead 
you delete the interaction or delete a rule you get a warning and request for 
confirmation. It would be nice to have the same thing when changing the 
interaction.
