Show how many questions/answers the OP has posted

For 1-rep users with older accounts, I often find myself opening up their profile page to see how many questions/answers they have posted, and if the current post is their first, then I usually add the welcome message manually. (Often users will sign up for a Stack Exchange account, but not use the site right away.)

It would be nice to show this information alongside their rep, account age, etc. at the top of the auto-comment form.

Bonus: Ability to set a second time threshold to include the welcome message if the user has only 1 question/answer.
