The Tendering Message Response Documentation should desribe (in a separet section) that the use of the Tendering Message Response should be used with caution, especially when submitting tenders. Rejection of a tender due to minor syntactical errors could lead to liability issues on the side of the CA. Therefore, it is suggested that the Conditionally Accept code should be used whenever possible, especially when submitting tenders, to ensure manual review of the process through a clearinghouse or CA.
