Cannot set commit message as the title of the PR

🐞 Describe the bug

I am triggering the action by pushing only 1 commit to test branch. But the PR title remains the default one:
Synced file(s) with user/repo name.

My workflow file:

Create a test repo source and dest, use the action and above configuration.

💡 Expected behavior

Created PR having my commit message as its title.
