I attempted to avoid registering / loading the full jquery-ui, by simply trying to load wp-jquery-ui-progressbar, which however does not seem to exist. Which means, we may just have to revert back to loading the full jquery UI... Unless we define a few css rules ourself just to make the progressbar look halfway decent...
