Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not a current problem.

Describe the solution you'd like
A list feature where we can create a to-do list to keep organized on what changes we are working or requested for the LED reference lists.
This could be similar in nature to the Activity List that Hive-alpha has (or was testing).

Who will have access to this feature?
Admins, Staff, Pixelheads

Additional context
Having a list that we can call would keep the approved to-do's safe from getting lost in the conversation being had about what function/features we're wanting to change or do.
Ideally, this list would only be active for the channel that it resides in, or the thread within the channel.
