[Request] AVIF/Animated Webp Support

I really like the custom WebM feature, I just wish I could find a place to host them, it's really hard to get a permalink without having an own website, there's some sort of a solution to this, I use 7tv to get jam emotes and add them, they have direct links in animated Webp as well as AVIF formats, so it would be great if you could add support to them as 7tv has a huge library of jam emotes that we can just get the permalink of and add it to the extension's settings

This is hosted on ezgif after converting from Webp to WebM (temporary link btw)
