/mcex update

Describe the solution you'd like
When run, the plugin checks on the GitHub page for any new updates, and if it finds any, it will put a link in the chat for you to click it and download it. In the options, the command can be set to be ran at the start of the Minecraft session.

Very cool plugin :p
