[Bug] Iron Ingot to Wrought Iron Ingot recipe missing

Currently, the only way to make a Wrought Iron Ingot as of the latest stable build is to combine 9 Wrought Iron Nuggets (each of which can only be smelted from 1 Iron Nugget at a time, which is quite tedious and needlessly time-consuming for an LV component). Could a 1 Iron Ingot -> 1 Wrought Iron Ingot furnace recipe please be added?

Converting iron ingots to wrought iron ingots is supposed to be done in the arc furnace (once you've got one set up), but iirc with default settings that recipe is hidden from NEI. I think doing it in a regular furnace might conflict with the "hard" recipe for converting iron ingots to nuggets (though maybe that recipe only applies when Railcraft is installed)

The problem is that Wrought Iron is needed to progress from Bronze to LV, and this current implementation is needlessly cruel. As Bronze is the level that most players will start encountering the need for Wrought Iron, we don't even really need the furnace. Implementing such a recipe via the Alloy Smelter would also be a good idea.

You could also turn off "HardMachineCasings" in the config, but assuming you have a reason not to do that, let's examine how much wrought iron is actually needed for getting to the arc furnace (provided you have the other raw materials):
Basic Steam Turbine: 3 (assuming you use a steam forge hammer for plates)
Basic Wiremill (since you'll probably want this for more efficient material usage in circuits): 3 more, running total 6
Basic Bending Machine: +3 = 9
Basic Canning Machine: +2 = 11
Basic Centrifuge and Basic Electrolyzer (to produce oxygen from glass dust): +4 = 15
4-slot battery buffer: +2 = 17
Basic Arc Furnace: +2 = 19
I come up with about 19 wrought iron ingots needed, or 171 nuggets. Could you please clarify how that qualifies as "needlessly cruel"?
