Request: Update logic so Blog installs as 2nd to last menu item instead of last #164

Now that we're shipping designs with buttons in the menu, the button should be the last menu item. If the user adds a blog during the Inspiration process, by default Blog is the last menu item.

Please update logic so Blog is 2nd to last menu item if added per Harry.
