Controls do not work with Helpie FAQ CPT

Describe the bug
Helpie FAQ generates an FAQ custom post type that seems to be incompatible with the PPB tools. The Add Block button displays on the page, but does not function, and no console errors are generated when clicked. No errors displayed by WP_DEBUG in the editor either. The only other button from PPB that shows up is the Fullscreen one, but clicking that throws everything out of alignment. None of the Section, Row, Column, or Content handles load on the page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Helpie FAQ
2. Add a new FAQ
3. Switch to PPB with the editor selector
4. Try using the Add Block button
