filter out duplication calls over rRNA in KN99 #1

seems like there is a missing copy of rRNA in assembly in KN99. filter out this depth variant call.

(provide a region filter list option)

generate this by running all KN99 WT to create a filter of places where the REF KN99 genome has expected variation
