Possible to select download language?

Hey! Thx for the project. Just finished installing and it works just great on arm64! I'm comming from a one year-ago try with kaizoku. Some bugs had me to give up.

Anyways: is it possible to select the desired language to download? I saw "en, it, de" on the search bar, but IDK if it's to search the title or to download in that language.

I'm willing to download in portuguese (Brazil).

The languages are for the downloads, not the titles.
Beware that only Mangadex supports languages other than English!

Oh yes, sorry, I did read the docs. I just didn't undestand about how to set the download language. Now I do, thanks!
Mangadex has pt-br language, but I can't set this on webui:

Added the call and the languages. Mangadex is a bit weird, since it "supports" all ISO 639 languages (and a few more), so the list is REALLY long. Moved some common languages to the front...
