Clearly display queud mission elements

CAMP could display an on-line mission queue (more than just the debug window), indicating the list of mission elements that have been queued up for sequential execution within the mission manager on the vessel. It should be a real-time reflection of what the mission manager is doing. This mission queue would also help clarify the buttons "next mission item", "restart mission" and "clear tasks".
