CPA info for AIS targets

We need display of CPA information to AIS targets. (Range, bearing from BEN, and time to CPA. Sometimes this is illustrated by a circle at the CPA range around BEN and a line intersecting the circle along the bearing from BEN where CPA will occur. May have to experiment here - could also put the circle around the AIS target maybe?)
