because of the different context? Or should there be more consistency between them?

Let's clarify tomorrow what this should look like - I think we decided we are still having this left bar on the Plan Builder page that goes to the top on small screens, but can't remember the final design. If we can get a link to the final design in this ticket that would be helpful

We actually were' thinking that this Plan Builder "timeline" isn't so important that it needs to be on mobile, so could only be shown on desktop - but if we do have it, it would look like the image here.
