Would be nice to be able to have a stable of weapon autoselect profiles to choose from. This could prompt the pilot before starting a match, and would ideally be able to change on the fly in game to adjust strategy.

I'm going to go ahead and start on this one if it's all the same :)

I would venture a guess that this is what pilot profiles are for.

Can't switch pilots mid-game. Smarts not connecting? Change over so that your homers are getting auto selected so you don't have to fuss with switching. Other pilot forcing dogfights? Prioritize Vulcan and Spread. This would help me loads personally, since I don't have easy access to my weapon keys without pulling off the stick or mouse.

Also, it seems like overkill to have a whole different profile just for this one feature.

Also, would someone mind putting the enhancement label on here? I don't seem to have access to add one.

What does the user interface for this look like? How does the pilot switch active profiles during a game? Is there a hotkey bound for it or does he/she open a menu and choose the new weapon profile from there?
