SPQ: urls to monitor

Current behavior

We are collecting the below metrics/urls in Uptime robot

• Library Catalogue APIs - https://catalogue.library.cern/api/documents/
  • That tests that the instance search pages are available
• Library Catalogue website - Nginx - https://catalogue.library.cern/nginx-ping
  • That tests that the haproxy LB in front of our uwsgi web server

Expected behavior

We should move these metrics to our internal IT SPQ to showcase availability.

The probes are setup and ready. I am still waiting for the spq sync configs. Should be merged this week

Small update to this issue: The uptime metrics have been set up in IT SPQ a while ago, including other services. The current setup is in prod, but because of some fixes and waiting, the changes are still in QA with a PR waiting to be merged into prod (should be done at the beginning of next year).
