CPIPES (CFSAN PIPELINES)

The modular pipeline repository at CFSAN, FDA

CPIPES (CFSAN PIPELINES) is a collection of modular pipelines based on NEXTFLOW, mostly for bioinformatics data analysis at CFSAN, FDA.
