I want to ask a question that what is the reason for there is no "anisotropy" dictionary when running "Multi-simulation-analysis" in the beginning? #14

I have run "Multi-Simulation-Setup" from the begging to the end, but when I went to "analysis", I met a bug that there is no "anisotropy" file in Example\Osteocytes. I cannot figure out the solutions.

Dear HuKangxin,

the analysis notebook looks for a subfolder "anisotropy" in "Examples/Osteocytes" that holds the results of a multi-parameter simulation where the input parameter "anisotropy" was varied.

In the "Multi-Simulation Setup" notebook, the parameter "memory" is used as example, not "anisotropy" - if you run the simulation as described at the end of the notebook, there will be a subfolder "memory". So, the two notebooks are inconsistent, sorry for the confusion.

You can solve the error by either replacing "anisotropy" by "memory" in the analysis notebook, or running a multi-parameter simulation for "anisotropy". Sorry for the confusion, hope this answers your question.
