What is the purpose of the File -> New Project -> From Files window? #464

It is unclear what the usage intentions were for the File -> New Project -> From Files window. If several files are added, are they concatenated? If so, why? Also, the naming of files appears to be broken where instead of showing, for example, "test_data.csv", the window displays "org.cirdles.topsoil.data.SimpleDataTable@19b4d4ba".
