Currently there is no citation guidelines or zenodo release for climada petals. Shall we make one for climada petals citation?

We could just link from the Petals docs to the Citation guidelines in the core, and add guidelines for Petals modules there as well: https://github.com/CLIMADA-project/climada_python/blob/develop/doc/misc/citation.rst

Yes, good idea! We also just need to do a zenodo release (or rather decide on whether to do one or not?)
