Add Documentation For Participation Report Submissions

If this isn't grouped under study sessions
Some documentation would be helpful for this, I'm thinking the following things.

• Which folder to upload to. Maybe /participation/$name/$week, or just /participation/$name
• Sample Report, or what should be included.
  Maybe similar documentations for workshop participation and hosting.

Now that I see there will probably be an extensive list, maybe we just need a generic one, and have what kind of participation it is as a part of the submitted doc.
